QTIC-Y is a new project founded by the Queensland Tourism Industry Council. It is a Generation Y tourism network linking tourism students, employees, entrepreneurs and stakeholders. The network will encompass all sectors of the tourism industry, including tour operators, accommodation, travel, events and more. QTIC-Y will endeavour to strive for positive changes in the industry while working on issues affecting or of importance to Generation Y. The network has three main objectives:

November: Student from "Bridging the Gap" successfully gets a job offer. October: A very successfull "Bridging the Gap" event was held.
