Indigenous Employment Survey |
|
Friday, 19 March 2010 |
|
For the past two years QTIC has been mapping Indigenous employment activities around Queensland, identifying opportunities for greater engagement with indigenous people within the tourism industry.
Through the Indigenous Employment Champions Network project, funded by the Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation, QTIC is committed to improving Indigenous participation in the tourism industry and is taking an active role in reducing barriers to Indigenous employment.
In order to better track Indigenous Employment in the tourism industry, QTIC is seeking information on any tourism business that currently employs or is interested in hiring Indigenous employees. If you currently have staff working in your organisation or are aware of anyone in your region that has current or previous experience with Indigenous Employment, we would appreciate if you could spare a few minutes and complete the Indigenous Employment Survey.
Please complete and return via fax (07) 3236 4552 or email to info@qtic.com.au.
