AussieHost is a comprehensive program designed to upgrade the standards of service and hospitality provided to a customer in any service environment throughout Australia.
AussieHost looks for credible, community oriented organisations with an ability to administer and promote the scheme. This could include shire councils, registered training organisations, industry associations or private enterprises.
An AussieHost Training Provider is an organisation or business that takes on a binding commitment to operate, deliver and promote AussieHost.

What is involved in being an AussieHost Provider
- Responsible for the overall running of the program within their designated area and/or sector agreed by AussieHost/QTIC.
- Commit to delivering, through accredited trainers, four workshops per year.
- AussieHost will monitor the quality and service standards of the AussieHost Training Provider and the accredited AussieHost Trainers on a regular basis.
- Using only the authorised AussieHost resources and products in the facilitation of the workshops.
- Adhering to the content and delivery style of the AussieHost program.
- Following established administration and communication systems.
- Covering all expenses incurred in running AussieHost workshops, including trainer, venue, catering, workshop materials, marketing and administration.
- The recommended retail price (inclusive of GST) for the AussieHost program is currently $295 per participant. Delivery price is determined at the discretion of the Provider.
- The cost to become an AussieHost Training Provider is $3,245 including GST. This includes training of one accredited AussieHost Trainer, the first year's certification and ongoing support. Additional trainers can attend the AussieHost Train the Trainer program for $385 including GST.
- The annual renewal fee for AussieHost Training Providers is $605 including GST. this includes re-certification and refresher training for one accredited AussieHost Trainer.
