AussieHost Customer Service Skills Workshop

AussieHost is a comprehensive program designed to upgrade the standards of service and hospitality provided to a customer in any service environment throughout Australia.  It is a unique communication, customer-relations and service skills workshop being offered to anyone who deals with customers.

The content of the one-day program covers the following topics:

• What is quality customer service?
• The importance of workplace and personal presentation
• Excelling in communication skills
• Effective telephone communication
• Handling customer complaints and dissatisfaction
• Who are your customers and how best to serve them

Date: Wednesday, 11 August 2010 (8:15am-5pm)

Location: Cairns TAFE Campus, S Block on Gatton St, Room 117B

Cost: $126.55 per person, including training manual, tea/coffee and light lunch.
