The QTIC Young Professionals Mentoring Program provides an opportunity for the next generation of tourism professionals to grow personally and professionally with the guidance of industry leaders.
With a successful track record spanning over a decade, the program has been instrumental in fostering the development of young tourism professionals across all industry sectors and Queensland tourism regions.
Running from March-September 2024, the semi-structured program offers flexibility for mentees to discuss their goals and aspirations with mentors and create a personalised mentoring plan.
