QTIC invites Queensland Tourism Awards entrants to take advantage of the submission review process before entering their final submission for the annual awards program.

From the 3rd July until Friday 4 August, entrants are able to send a draft of their written Awards submission to QTIC for review by an experienced submission writer.

Submissions will be reviewed and a written report will be provided against each of the questions/criteria.

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive feedback on your submission.

 

Please note that final submissions for the 2017 Queensland Tourism Awards are due to be submitted via the Online Portal before 5pm Monday, 21 August 2017.

QTIC Members - $310.00 inc GST
Non Members - $360.00 inc GST

This fee is for one written review.  If you wish to submit more than one written entry for review you are required to pay the fee for each one.  

How to submit your entry for review

With the introduction of the new online Portal- your draft submisison review is now able through the new online system.  User guide available here: (refer to page 8)

How to request a draft submission:

1. Login to the Queensland Tourism Awards online portal - Where you submit your submission - Click Here 

2. Make sure you have all the content you want reviewed in the system - you want this to be as close to your final submission as it can be - to get the best feeback from your renewal

3. Click on the draft review in your nominations box (near your star entry button)  

4. The awards coordinator will be notified and will put your submission into draft status  - accompanied with an invoice for payment (Payment must be made before the submission is to be reviewed)

5. Best to not make any edits to your submission in this time. 

6. You will be notified when the review is complete- your feedback will be in the portal waiting for you to action it.

Please note, to be eligible for this service you must first have nominated and paid your 2017 Awards entry fee via the Online awards portal.

If you haven't put your submission in the portal and would like to submit it via a word document, please follow the below steps:

Step 1 - Pay the fee
Pay your service fee through the QTIC website (via credit card or invoice).  You must be logged in to register and pay for the service.  If you do not have a log-in please click here to create one.

Step 2 - Submit your written entry
Email a copy of your final draft submission to awards@qtic.com.au.  Please only do this once you have paid.  Submissions will not be reviewed until payment has been confirmed by QTIC. (It is recommended that you draft your submission in a word document and send to awards@qtic.com.au in order to be forwarded on for review)

Once you received your feedback and make final edit, please then copy your FINAL submission over to the new online portal: here

Draft submissions must have been received via email no later than 5pm Friday 4 August.  Submissions received after this time will not be reviewed.

Step 3 - Wait for feedback
Submission and feedback will be returned via email.  Allow up to five (5) working days for feedback to be provided.  All suggested changes and updates to submissions (following the review) are the responsibility of the entrant.
