Applications for the 2018 QTIC Young Professionals Mentoring Program will open 27 September.

    The QTIC Young Professionals Mentoring Program allows a competitive edge for employees in the industry who are 35 years or younger to gain professional development, knowledge and skills through the sharing of information and experience matched with a senior industry professional. 

    Running from February through to July 2018, young professionals will be offered the opportunity to participate in scheduled monthly meetings structured to include relevant and individually tailored discussion topics and tasks.

    To be eligible: 

     

    • Participants must have worked at least 12 months (full or part time) in the tourism/ hospitality industry.
    • Participants must be 35 years old or younger.
    • Have approval from employer or training institution to participate in the program.
    • Be currently employed with a current financial QTIC member OR be a student completing your final year of studies with a current QTIC member training institution.

    NB: Please note that nominating does not guarantee a place in the program. Participants will be selected according to application, interview and industry experience. There is a strict limit of places available for this program.
