QTIC, together with the Queensland First Nations Tourism Council and the University of Queensland, is bringing together tourism operators and stakeholders from Longreach and surrounding communities to discuss opportunities and strategies for the development of the next iteration of the Queensland First Nations Tourism Plan.

Facilitated by industry leaders who’ll share insights on the growth of First Nations tourism across the region, the event will foster meaningful dialogue around collaboration, cultural integrity, and sustainable tourism development.

Participants will be invited to contribute ideas and feedback that will help inform the future direction of the state’s First Nations tourism strategy.
