Queensland Welcomes You: In-person workshop
This free, in-person training program helps tourism operators, hospitality staff, event teams, volunteers and locals build the skills and confidence to deliver warm, inclusive and memorable experiences.
Each program is tailored to one of Queensland’s 13 tourism regions, weaving in local stories, culture and products to reflect the unique spirit of each destination.
All attendees must have signed up to the online Queensland Welcomes You program prior to attending the Workshop.

Room details will be communicated to attendees prior to the date.
There is paid parking available at the South Bank Car Park.
TAFE Southbank is also a short walk from both the Southbank Busway Station and the Southbank Train Station.
