Nestled on 50 acres and between magnificent mountain ranges in Mary Valley Country, the property offers two styles of accommodation for singles, couples and small groups; traditional Bed and Breakfast in the Lodge or self-contained studios. A perfect venue for weddings or other special occasions. Amamoor Lodge is conveniently located just south of Gympie and a few minutes off the main highway. Less than two hours to Brisbane and Sunshine Coast International airports and within easy reach of the many beaches of the Sunshine and Cooloola Coasts. Swim in the lagoon style pool or relax in the spa. Stroll to the waterhole and through the rainforest. Watch out for native wildlife including many varieties of native birds. After dark, wonder at the stars in the clear night skies. Traditional breakfast served on the verandah is included if booking a room in the Lodge. Studios can be booked with or without breakfast. Chesters at Amamoor is their dining experience. During winter open for Fireside Fridays. The menu changes weekly with produce sourced from local farmers. Dinner is available but should be booked in advance. Meals for studio guests are served in room. The property is not suitable for children under 16.
