Cunnamulla

Cunnamulla

The township of Cunnamulla - renowned for its iconic Aussie larrikin stockman tribute statue made famous by the late Slim Dusty - was created by Cobb & Co. in 1879 when the first coach drove through from Bourke. The Shire’s vision is to promote and support the region as a ‘must see’ Outback destination for authentic station stays, natural artesian spa breaks, nature-based soft adventures and cultural experiences. The historic small township of Cunnamulla is where the tourists are welcomed to live like the locals!
