The QTIC Salute to Excellence Awards recognise:

  • pathways and career opportunities within the tourism and hospitality industry for secondary students
  • innovation and excellence by a teacher/trainer providing tourism and/or hospitality training to secondary students at a secondary school or registered training organisation (RTO),
  • employers which has achieved excellence in the provision of tourism and hospitality school-based traineeship(s) and/or apprenticeship(s).
