Who is eligible to participate?
The program is open to any Queensland residents working within the visitor economy. It’s designed especially for owners, managers, and team leaders looking to strengthen their business capability and workforce skills.
(Note: Students, apprentices and trainees are not eligible.)
How long do the courses take to complete?
Each course takes around 30 – 45 minutes to complete and is entirely self-paced. You can start at any time, pause, and pick up where you left off, making it easy to fit learning around your work schedule.
What credential or recognition will I receive?
Upon completion, you’ll receive a digital certificate and badge available via the eLearning portal. These credentials recognise your professional development and can be shared with employers or added to your online profile to demonstrate your commitment to continuous improvement.
