• Full payment is due 14 days prior to travel

•For travel within 14 days of booking, payment is due at the time of booking

Day Tours/Trips Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled outside 48 hours prior to departure

• Cancellation within 48 hours of travel – 50% cancellation fee applies

• Cancellation within 24 hours of travel – 100% cancellation fee applies

• Tour departure time is defined as the time that your flight is scheduled to depart your departure point on the mainland

• Weather conditions may vary once on the island and result in the cancellation of water activities. Once the trip has commenced no refund will be issued. The trip will be deemed to have commenced once you have boarded the aircraft and left the mainland

• At the sole discretion of the operator should weather conditions result in the cancellation of the tour, you will be able to transfer your trip to an alternate date. If your travel plans do not allow you to travel on an alternate date a full refund will be issued
