Recent changes to the Working Holiday Maker visa program could reduce their ability to travel and work in Australia, with flow-on impacts for tourism businesses, regional communities and the visitor economy.
QTIC is working with the Australian Tourism Industry Council and tourism leaders across the country to make sure our industry is heard. We have also taken the issue directly to federal decision makers in Canberra, alongside Queensland tourism operators.
