National Caravan Holiday Park Accreditation Program
The Caravan Holiday Parks Accreditation Program is about leadership and professionalism. The program identifies industry leaders and recognises their professionalism in achieving benchmark performance levels in customer service, risk management and business planning.
It provides a framework for good business practice and encourages continuous review and improvement. It also provides an assurance to consumers and the industry that operators possess a commitment to quality and good customer service.
Usually allow up to 90 days but the process can be completed much sooner for some applicants.
Only pre-requisite is that the business is a registered caravan/holiday park in Queensland

Risk Management and Business Operations Plan
Caravan Industry Association of Australia in collaboration with Ryan Kellen from Simplify risk have created a comprehensive Risk Management & Business Operations Plan templated system, specific for caravan park operations, that assists businesses meet their legal obligations and put processes in place to make their businesses more risk adverse.
Usually allow up to 90 days but the process can be completed much sooner for some applicants.

Professional Guide Accreditation
Accreditation as a Professional Guide and Professional membership of Tour Guides Australia is the highest level of recognition of tour guides nationally. The accreditation system was developed by the Federal Government and has been managed by Tour Guides Australia for almost 20 years.
Membership also confers a number of benefits as well as ongoing professional development opportunities and industry networking.
Field assessments for Professional Guide accreditation should be conducted a month after application process begins.
Professional Guide accreditation requires a guide to have 100 days of guiding experience (or a combination of guiding experience plus recognised prior learning), current First Aid certificate and a practical filed assessment.
