The Institute of Culinary Excellence will deliver the course over an 8-week period within a working commercial kitchen environment. All participants will participate in 10 shifts of work experience at Brisbane hotel or restaurant. Job Skills Queensland will deliver a three-day program that will provide you the skills to successfully source and secure employment. The three-day program includes: • Day 1 – Career Planning • Day 2 – Employment Fundamentals • Day 3 – Finding Opportunities Location: Institute of Culinary Excellence - Coorparoo Secondary College Stanley St E & Cavendish Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151 Eligible participants include: Australian citizen living in Queensland Permanent resident of Australia living in Queensland New Zealand citizen permanently residing in Queensland Refugee and Humanitarian Visa holder living in Queensland Temporary Visa holder living in Queensland with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency This training is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government through its Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.
